Privacy Policy.

Solana is a public ledger. Wallet addresses, transaction signatures, task state, committed hashes, and other on-chain data can be visible to anyone. Do not put sensitive personal information in public task or transaction fields.

Wallet and signing

Pact reads the public address exposed by your connected Phantom wallet. Phantom controls your private keys and asks you to approve signatures. Pact does not ask you to enter a seed phrase or private key.

Browser-retained artifacts

The app keeps tracked task addresses, task terms, submission artifacts, and settlement handoff data in browser storage to support the two-party workflow. This local copy is not chain authority. Clearing browser storage can remove your ability to inspect or continue a retained workflow from that browser. Treat exported manifests and signed handoff data as sensitive.

Network requests

The app requests authenticated task state from its server-side Devnet reader. The server uses a private RPC endpoint that is not returned to the browser. Hosting and RPC providers may process ordinary request metadata needed to serve these reads; public Solana transactions are processed by the network.

Scope

This notice describes the current Devnet prototype. Do not assume that deleting browser data removes any information already recorded on Solana.

PACT

Experimental Devnet software. Wallet approval is required for transactions.
